Classroom management: Upholding the school #39;s behaviour policies and creating a positive, respectful atmosphere. Supporting student learning: Providing assistance and guidance to students to help them achieve their full potential. Liaising with staff: Communicating effectively with teachers and school leadership to ensure smooth lesson transitions and address any issues that arise.
