We are expanding our presence to a new office in Brighton and embarking on an exciting journey to establish a strong market presence in Florida. Responsibilities: * Manage Tiro Partners #39; social media presence, targeting clients and candidates. * Create compelling lead magnet content to generate new business opportunities. * Collaborate with the Director on international expansion efforts, focusing on Florida market presence. * Develop unique and informative content for the website to engage the target audience. * Own the overall content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Analyse competitors #39; content to identify opportunities for improvement. * Maintain and own the editorial calendar to meet content requirements effectively. Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor #39;s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Happy to look Certification or qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing desirable. * Proficiency in social media management and content creation. * Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build something - and earn bonuses!
