As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of teaching and learning during the absence of regular teaching staff. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support students during teacher absences, ensuring they remain engaged and focused on their work. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment. Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups. Provide feedback to the regular teaching staff on students #39; progress and behaviour. Uphold the school #39;s policies and ethos, promoting a respectful and inclusive culture.What We Are Looking For: Previous experience working in a school setting is essential. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
