Logistics People are looking for Production Operatives/Factory Operatives/Factory Worker/Line Operative/Production Team Member/General Production Operative to join our team. Location: Lutterworth, Hawke Way Working Hours: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 Fixed Shifts Available Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:00 Fixed Shifts Available Pay rate: GBP11.92 P/hr Position: Production Operative Logistics People are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our team in Lutterworth, based at our IPS site. As a Production Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to: Packing orders in preparation for shipping. Working as a team on a Production Line. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including sweeping and disposing of debris. Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail. Handling mostly light weight product Assisting with other duties as assigned by Line Leaders. Participating in any required training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills. Our ideal candidate: Able to work as a part of a team and be self-managed when necessary. Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site. Ability to work accurately and methodically. Good communication skills. Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
