Workshop fitter

Workshop Fitter Taskmaster Resources is on the lookout for a Workshop Fitter to be based from our clients Camberley site. Duties: bull; To repair all types of plant and equipment. bull; A cost effective repair is carried out within budget. bull; To ensure that all documentation, Work Orders, service sheets are completed and returned to the workshop office for approval, signature and filing. bull; To ensure that all tooling and equipment used complies with current legislation and certification. bull; Maintenance of a tidy bench and working area. bull; All aspects of health and Safety are adhered to. bull; The QA policy is understood. bull; First time repair of vehicles and equipment. bull; Up to date competency for the repair of vehicles. bull; None conformances at QA audits. bull; To be a qualified fitter. bull; Experience repairing a wide variety of plant and equipment. bull; Diagnostic ability to identify problems, find solutions and repair detected defects when required. Skills and requirements: bull; Hold a valid HGV Licence (Category 2 as a minimum). bull; Able to work alone. bull; Good communication skills. bull; To be a qualified fitter. bull; Able to attend roadside breakdowns. bull; Good use of initiative. bull; Good understanding of Health and Safety in a workshop. bull; COSHH Awareness bull; Good standard and Maths and English. Pay: GBP42,000 - GBP19.00ph Hours: Mon-Fri: 45 hour week Temp to perm position. Please apply for full details.
