Community support worker

We at BDS are currently recruiting for Community Support Workers to work on behalf of a local care provider to respond to emergency calls from service users in the South Oxfordshire area. This role is like no other support position as it allows you the flexibility to go about your day to day life whilst on call and when needed respond to emergency calls from service users in their homes/ services. The calls can require an element of personal care and support e.g helping clients following falls, so we are looking for someone who can remain calm and confident in emergency situations and have great interpersonal skills to work with vulnerable clients who can potentially be distressed. You must be a driver with access to a vehicle Shifts; 42hrs week on a rolling rota nights and days 7-7 This is a perm position with a payrate of GBP12.35 per hour, and mileage paid 45ppm, If this sounds like the kind of role you would be interested in please apply now for immediate consideration
