You will be rolling up your sleeves from the start and getting stuck in. With full clinical freedom from Day One, leading a small team, you are free to run this as your own with the full support of the two experienced Directors to help guide and advise where necessary. They are flexible on hours here but are ideally looking at a 4-day week, no OOH (unless you want to), and 1 in 3 Sat mornings.
