Private medical receptionist

An exciting opportunity is available for a Private Medical Receptionist to join the Front of House team at a private clinic on Harley Street (close to Baker Street and Bond Street tube stations) with a competitive salary. The clinic is highly specialised, independently owned, with state-of-the-art facilities, and is dedicated to providing the best-personalized healthcare with expertise in eye surgery and medical care. As a key member of the Front of House Administration team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and patient-focused service to our referring consultants and their patients in the reception, registration, and cashiering areas. Private Clinic Medical Receptionist hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday Salary up to GBP30k (maximum GBP35k depending on experience), 23 days of holidays Private Medical Receptionist Responsibilities - Liaising with patients over the phone and via email to book appointments - Managing up to 3 clinic diaries, taking payments, advising on treatment plans, and dealing with any issues that arise - The Medical Receptionist will also be required to take on administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, stocktaking, and scheduling building maintenance appointments as and when they are needed. - To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff, and visitors of the clinic - To follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure that the best services are delivered to the patients Skills Experience - Previous experience as a receptionist in a similar private clinic or hospital - Excellent communicator who is adaptable and has good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
