Insurance account exec

Our client is a well-established, leading provider of insurance who are growing their high street presence by opening a new location in Royal Tunbridge Wells. Seeking candidates with referenceable experience within the insurance industry. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling insurance policies and services to prospective customers over the phone as well as in branch. This is a crucial role in growth strategy by identifying customer needs, providing expert advice, and closing sales. Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells Salary: Competitive base salary between 30-35k depending on experience and qualifications. Hours: Monday - Friday (Apply online only) Required Qualifications/Skills: CII is preferred. Previous referenceable experience within a similar Insurance role. Up to date knowledge of Insurance rules and regulations. You Will Conduct outbound telesales to potential customers. Identify sales opportunities through cold calling and lead follow up. Present and promote Insurance policies and services to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records of sales activities. Stay up to date with industry trends and services. You Need Advanced spoken English communication skills. Strong persuasive, negotiation skills. High level of self-motivation and results-oriented mind-set. Handle rejections and not allow them to affect your work. Achieve monthly targets. Build a rapport with colleagues.
