Full job description We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our clients high-end dining and beverage operations. As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort #39;s dining and beverage outlet, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable culinary experience. From managing day-to-day operations to leading a team of dedicated professionals, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the restaurant and bar team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. * Oversee all aspects of dining and beverage service, ensuring that standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality are consistently met and exceeded. * Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth. * Collaborate with the executive management team to develop seasonal menus, wine lists, and specialty cocktails that showcase the flavors and ingredients of the Highlands. * Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet demand while controlling costs and minimizing waste. * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth. Requirements: * Proven experience in restaurant and bar management, preferably in a resort or upscale hospitality environment. * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues at all levels. * A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. * A love of Scottish produce and an eye for detail * Fun and easy to talk to, we rsquo;re looking for personality, not a corporate clone * Flexibility, there rsquo;s no problem you can rsquo;t fix and you #39;ll be flexible in your approach to supporting the wider team. * Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
