Contracts and business relations officer

Permanent Full Time (37 hours per week) Location: County Hall (Exeter) / Hybrid We are looking for a confident and articulate individual who is a team player. This is a challenging role and you must be solution focused, able to engage and communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; and work proactively with our Adult Social Care provider markets across Devon. The role of a Contract and Business Relations Officer is to focus on ensuring the supply of services delivered by the market is fit for purpose by * Working closely with providers to monitor delivery of services across all markets * Reviewing delivery against contractual terms * Assessing risk and supporting providers to mitigate * Building collaboration and strong relationships across a varied stakeholder group * Supporting the sustainability of a vibrant and varied market The post is within the Quality and Contracts Management Team within Integrated Adult Social Care.
