Over the past three years, they rsquo;ve successfully doubled both their team size and fees, with ambitions to replicate this achievement over the next 3 years, further doubling their team and fees. Currently the Leeds team consists of 9 building surveyors consisting of all seniority levels. They are seeking ambitious building surveyors eager to advance their careers and attain chartered status. Their robust support system includes a comprehensive two-year program, educational sessions, and internal mock exams designed to ensure rates are higher than the RICS average by a considerable margin. The successful candidate will be engaged in a variety of local authority projects, consisting of commercial, blue light, education, and healthcare sectors. The building surveying team works on projects with budgets up to GBP5million, overseeing the entire process from design briefings, preparing feasibility, proposal outlines, producing detailed drawings, specifications, preparing tender documentation, tender analysis, contractor appointments and contract administration.
