Site administrator

Position: Site Administrator Location: Central Square, Cardiff Responsibilities My client is a global leading provider in facilities management and they are looking for a site administrator to join the team and assist with all internal aspects. As an Administrator, you rsquo;ll be working within the construction environment, in a client rsquo;s office, in a fast-paced fitout project. Your day to day will include: * Liaising with supply chains and residents when required * Develop effective working relationships with client and contractors rsquo; representatives to reduce duplication and ensure consistency of information and approach. * Input job status/notes on the system (concept/ site systems) * Send chasing emails to contractors on a daily/weekly basis for any pending paperwork/certification/photo evidence or information which you haven rsquo;t yet received. * Ensuring fire alarm testing and other testing certs are filed * Creating Purchase order requests for consumables * Delivery scheduling What are we looking for? This role of Administrator is great for you if you: * Previous experience in administration * Excel to a high level of competence * Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel Teams * Comfortable client facing
