Warehouse operative

Come and join our team here at Hams Hall, Birmingham, B46 1DA as a Warehouse Operative. As a Warehouse Operative you will be: * Picking products * Working towards set targeted pick rates per hour. * Keeping the warehouse tidy as you go * Manual handling * Use of hand scanner technology As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have: * You must be physically able to lift goods. * Previous picking or packing experience. * A good standard of verbal and written English * Good numeracy skills * The ability to work to targets * Good time keeping and attendance Please note there is a lot of walking and manual handling involved with this role. Previous experience within a picking or packing role is required. Shifts we offer are as followed (these are set) - * 6am ndash; 2pm / 8am ndash; 4pm / 10am ndash; 6pm / 2pm ndash; 10pm / 3pm ndash; 11pm / 4pm ndash; 12am * Pay rates ndash; 6am ndash; 6pm - GBP11.47 / 6pm ndash; 10pm - GBP12.12 / 10pm ndash; 6am - GBP14.04 * Shifts are any 5 days out of 7 ndash; please ensure you can work weekends or you will not be invited to an induction. Transport to the Hams Hall area is limited especially after the hours of 10pm ndash; please ensure you can travel to B46 before you apply for this role.
