Working collaboratively with our clients and project teams, you #39;ll provide valuable insights to optimize project efficiency and deliver projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for each project phase, from initial design to final construction. * Procure and manage subcontractor agreements, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring adherence to project specifications. * Monitor project expenditure, identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating financial risks. * Collaborate with architects, designers, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations. * Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders, providing transparency on project finances and timelines. * Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and construction management. Requirements: * Bachelor #39;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, ideally with a focus on bespoke design and build projects. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately forecast project costs and budgets. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. * Proficiency in industry-standard quantity surveying software and tools. * Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., RICS) is desirable but not essential.
