Job Title: Mobile HVAC Engineer (Commercial Gas /or F-Gas Qualified) Location: Hertfordshire region Salary: GBP45,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week Company: Leading UK-based Facilities Management Company Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent A leading UK-based facilities management company is seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer with qualifications in either Commercial Gas or Air Conditioning to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of mechanical and HVAC maintenance, service, and repair tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks. * Service and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. * Conduct mechanical maintenance tasks as required. * Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations. * Maintain accurate records of all work carried out. * Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency breakdowns. * Liaise with clients and other team members to provide exceptional service. Requirements: * Qualified in Commercial Gas (COCN1) or Air Conditioning (F-Gas) * Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a supermarket or large retail environment. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical maintenance. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication and customer service skills.
