Requirements to apply: * Previous experience within Educational and high-end residential refurbishment is essential. * Minimum 3 years rsquo; experience of being a ldquo;number one rdquo; in charge of running projects. * Able to communicate well build relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors other internal colleagues. * Capable of reading writing programs, including the use of MS Project. * Capable of writing RAMS and completing other H S paperwork. * Good understanding of quality and how to achieve it. * The suitable Site Manager must have SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
