C N Recruitment are pleased to be working with a luxury 4* hotel and spa, who are looking for a Chef de Partie for their Brasserie restaurant. The restaurant has an elegant open-plan dining space. The Brasserie serves an all-day menu combining British and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and Dinner, Monday to Sunday. The successful Breakfast CDP will be able to: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work under pressure. * Ability to quickly learn new recipes. * Learn new cooking methods. * Ability to problem solve. * Able to work with fresh ingredients. * Good knife skills * Ensure breakfast is prepared and presented to the highest quality. * Assist in other departments when necessary.
