In this role role you will provide 1st/2nd line support maintaining the operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware, handle business critical tasks and system improvements. You will also serve as the subject-matter expert supporting Windows, Microsoft Office, O365 and the business ERP system. Azure knowledge will also be required. The ideal candidate will be a confident 1st/2nd line Support Technician with good experience in operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware as well as Windows, Microsoft, Office 365 and ERP systems.
