Overseas Field Engineer Permanent role offering: GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 salary (Plenty of optional OT available on-top of salary and overseas additional pay) Location: Home Based (must be within 1hr distance of airport) Benefits: (can offer sponsorship) Company Vehicle + Fuel Card, 25 days holiday (+bank hols) and high pension contribution. We are currently seeking a Overseas Field Engineer to join our client, a leader in the supply of motors and the full range of variable speed drives as well as complete systems to rotating equipment OEMs and end clients in the Power, Oil Gas, and Steel industries! They rsquo;re looking for a Overseas Field Engineer to join them on a permanent basis, the position is home based (ideally within an hour rsquo;s travel from a UK Major Airport), you will travel extensively around the world, (sometimes at short notice), working on exciting customer projects in Oil, Gas, Steel and other heavy industries. You will be well supported by a team of Engineers and suitable training is available for the right candidate. To be considered for the Overseas Field Engineer role you rsquo;ll need good knowledge and interest in Large Motors and Drives Engineering. Overseas Field Engineer Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on existing Drive Motor Systems Fault find, repair and commission High Voltage Variable Speed Drive and Motor Systems ranging from 250kW to 150MW. Provide training on operation and maintenance whilst on site to the customer rsquo;s Engineers. Strict adherence to relevant processes, site rules and regulations, including health and safety. Work as a site manager on larger projects Compile detailed, comprehensive reports with actions identified Essential Requirements: Full UK driving license is a necessity, please do not apply without a FULL Driving License! Full UK Passport OR Current Passport able to travel across Europe Live within approximately 1hour from your local airport.
