Maintenance engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our client #39;s team. They are committed to empowering their customers while powering and protecting the world. * Annual salary of GBP35,500 * 25 days annual leave * Companywide bonus scheme The Role: As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include: * Performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment. * Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with machinery and equipment. * Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures. * Conducting regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns. * Developing and implementing maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborating with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities. * Keeping accurate records of maintenance work performed. The Candidate: The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have: * A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role. * Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, Pneumatic Hydraulic systems. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals. * Experience with logic controllers and other automation systems. * Welding experience (advantageous). * The ability to supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail. * A customer service-oriented mindset. * The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Package: The Maintenance Engineer role offers an annual salary of GBP35,500.
