Deliver customer service support to dealer partners and authorized repairers. Foster and maintain relationships with main dealer workshops and authorized repairers. Facilitate communication between customers and repairers. Evaluate incoming claims via email or online channels. Ensure claims, capped at GBP700, comply with terms and conditions before authorization or rejection.To be considered for this Claims Warranty Advisor, you will: Be self-motivated, flexible, and reliable Have general PC skills experience in MS Office Experience in policies / claims / insurance or any automotive experience will be considered.
