Job description:

Senior Carer GBP12.00 - GBP13.00 per hour 36 hours per week Coventry Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Senior Carer for an independent nursing homes in Coventry. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years previous work experience within a community or health care setting. Proven track record of strong People Management is essential. Ability to provide internal training and support to staff on all shifts inc. night. Reliability and flexibility are essential. Experience working as a Deputy or Senior Carer is essential. Rostering skills to ensure adequate cover is provided is essential. NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care is essential. NVQ level 3 or equivalent in health and social care is desirable or willing to work towards a qualification.Meridian Business Support is a recruitment specialist acting on behalf of our client as an Employment Agency for this vacancy
