You #39;ll add significant value contributing to a comprehensive supported housing management service working with our customers to maximise their quality of life. You #39;ll work with our residents and communities to help them thrive, offering targeted actions and delivering a holistic customer service approach. We rsquo;re looking for a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated individual, who would welcome the opportunity to have a direct impact on improving our communities. You will be customer-focused, innovative in your approach and be able to implement initiatives to promote tenancy sustainability and deliver excellent customer service in a challenging environment. You rsquo;ll be able to hellip;.. Deliver an excellent customer focused service on site, that is challenging and very varied. Supporting Tenants to achieve independence within a supported housing scheme by working closely with outside agencies. To ensure that Tenant rsquo;s mental and physical health needs are being supported, keeping Tenants safe in their own environment. Complete statutory building safety checks and support the Team with accurate reporting of repairs. To work in a small team but with the capability of communicating well with internal departments, and outside agencies to deliver excellent holistic support for Tenants.
