Year 4/5 Job Share Teacher Responsibilities middot; Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4/5 students. middot; Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students. middot; Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement. middot; Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices. middot; Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships. middot; Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns. middot; Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required.
