Sales Progressor - 12 month Fixed Term Contract London Bridge Up to GBP31,800 Hyde is looking to recruit a Sales Progressor. As a Sales Progressor at Hyde you will be working within our Portfolio Management Team to supporting the Sales Manager in the sale of Hyde rsquo;s existing void stock. Responsibilities * Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing the sale of void assets. * Working with senior lawyers on sale transactions. * Obtaining updates on sales activity progression of conveyancing process. * Coordinating compliance info needed for legal packs. * Coordinating receipt of and response to replies to legal enquiries working with internal teams to collate information. * Maintaining data base of forecast sales completions and achieved completions. * Coordinating completion documentation and circulating to internal team.
