You will be: Passionate about Geography with a relevant degree Hold Qualified Teacher Status in the UK with at least 2 year #39;s successful teaching experience An innovative and creative practitioner with the ability to lead a small department Committed to raising standards, with the highest expectations of all students. Committed to working collaboratively across Key Stages 3 and 4 Committed to developing as a teacher and leader, contributing to the continued development of the whole school You will be leading a small and very successful Geography department and will be required to teach across Humanities.
