Our team are receiving a record level of enquiries for skilled recruits. As a result of both growth and eventual succession planning we are looking for a sales professional to join our team. We want somebody that can mirror the passion of our present team, people that have a technical mindset but are pro-active enough to talk to clients and candidates and drawing down a deep understanding of stakeholder needs. What are the qualities that make our team successful? Fearlessness, not afraid to pursue potential sales opportunities, it rsquo;s a sales role after all. Intelligence, an ability to dissect the technical requirements of the client and match them against candidates aspirations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as an organisational ability to spin a good few plates.
