Administrator, Bournemouth Town Centre, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, GBP23k rising to GBP26k after 3 months: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join a growing business in Bournemouth Town Centre. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of clerical duties, handle correspondence, and act as a liaison for internal and external clients. Benefits of an Administrator: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm 1 hour lunch break Town Centre location with parking A growing business with potential opportunity for progression Responsibilities of an Administrator: Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, mailing, and filing Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Manage contract pricing and organization Experience and Skills of an Administrator: Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
