Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Croydon, CR0 Salary: Competitive ndash; Car, EOT bonus scheme Job Type: Permanent ndash; ASAP About Them: They are a leading commercial catering equipment servicing and maintenance company providing reactive maintenance and planned preventative contracts to businesses in and around London and the Home Counties. Role Description: As Operations Manager, you rsquo;ll be leading the charge for the business, ensuring profitability, scouting out new service contract opportunities as well as working alongside the Service Manager to successfully manage and implement the existing contracts in place. You rsquo;ll work alongside the outgoing Service Director (planned retirement within 1-2 years) to lead the existing team of Engineers to ensure effective and efficient operation. Field engineering work will only be required when strictly necessary to assist more junior members of the team. Alongside the Service Manager you rsquo;ll work to ensure customer satisfaction and quality is maintained and ever improving. Swiftly working to resolve any issues, acting appropriately to ensure client confidence is maintained.
