We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join the Customer Service team. Customer Service Team Leader Job Description: Understand the full range of products in detail to a high level Assist with order processing, deal with amendments and any issues in terms of delays, faults etc. Hands on approach ndash; deal with invoicing, PODs and delivery booking Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Service Administrators Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Use of ERP system Customer Service Team Leader Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service leadership role in a busy environment Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using an ERP system
