Job Role: The RPC coordinator will act as the primary contact for the RPC programme, raising awareness and understanding throughout North Northants by linking in with partners, supporting the delivery of training and evaluating the effectiveness of current services and intervention The RPC coordinator will: bull; Be a self-starter with a passion for helping families and improving children and young people rsquo;s health and long-term life chances. bull; Work and develop relationships with colleagues across a range of organisations including children rsquo;s services, adult services, community and voluntary sector, commissioned services, health, and education to provide training and awareness raising. bull; Be able to demonstrate previous experience of delivering and evaluating training with stakeholders in a multi-agency environment. Ideally, they will have good local knowledge of North Northants Council and the local community network. Sirona Medical will be providing the Reducing Parental Conflict Lead on an agency contract. This is a part time agency contract, 3 days per week. Qualifications and Professional Development: Educated to degree level OR equivalent professional experience in relevant area involving children rsquo;s and / or family work (examples of this may be Education, Family Support Health Professions, Voluntary Sector Provision, Early Years, Youth Work or other Health and Social Care backgrounds) Experience and Knowledge At least 2 ndash; 3 years experience in partnership and multi-agency working coordinating, delivering and evaluation training to multi-agency partners leading the delivery of key priorities (E) and working with families (D) Skills and abilities bull; Ability to receive, understand and convey information and ideas effectively, using skills in oral, written and presentation bull; A positive attitude and ability to enthuse others bull; Ability to plan and deliver work effectively bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a wide audience bull; Ability to lead, motivate and support partners and community in the RPC agenda bull; Excellent personal organisation and time management skills bull; Flexible approach to post and a willingness to work in a variety of locations as needs arise bull; Ability to work collaboratively with others, being able to facilitate discussion and enable others to have chance to process, think and speak bull; Confident in chairing and presenting to a range of audiences bull; Good working knowledge of information technology bull; Must have a good level of competence in the use of virtual platforms for meetings and presentations bull; Understanding of cultural competence and how knowledge can be applied to improve engagement with families from different backgrounds Special Conditions bull; Willing and able to travel to sites within the North Northants bull; DBS required What Sirona Medical will offer you: - Great pay rates dependent on specialities. - Variation of locations you want to be booked. - A dedicated recruitment consultant - 24 hour support. - Fast track registration with efficient compliance process. - An Excellent Referral Bonus Scheme!
