Within the Financial Controller role you will be leading a team of people to deliver our finance and corporate objectives. If this sounds the perfect role for you then here rsquo;s a bit more information: You will be working with the finance leadership team to support and drive the business and finance function forward. Responsible for the group financial control including statutory reporting and intercompany requirements. Responsible for engaging, coaching, and developing a high performing team. Oversee the treasury, liquidity, and investment management within the group. Responsible for leading the payroll function. Collaboratively align finance operations with our commercial ambitions and provide insight on current and future financial risks. About The Candidate To be successful in this role you will need to: Be passionate and enthusiastic about the work that you do with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with proven post qualification experience. Have experience of continuous improvement, optimising systems and reporting. Accuracy and attention to detail with strong organisation and time management skills. Be curious to see if we can do things a different way and improve department processes. Be agile enough to adapt to changes that happen within the business and re-align financial activity accordingly. Be curious to improve processes and drive positive behaviours to support both the team and business growth.
