You #39;ll be working with their cohort of SEN students who need additional support, going to different lessons with them helping to break down and adapt certain tasks to meet their needs. You will ideally have some experience either personally or professionally of working with/being around children with SEN. Work closely with the inclusion team and teachers to understand the needs of the children Ensure that equipment and facilities are safe for the children to use Listening closely to the teacher to understand the task and then adapting it accordingly if required Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and accuratelyWhat is required of you?
