Key Responsibilities: * Comprehensive Package Management: Oversee multiple project packages simultaneously with a combined value of over GBP20 million, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. * Day-to-Day Duties: Perform all essential SQS tasks including tender analysis, package procurement, pre-start activities, placing full subcontract orders, handling valuations, variations, and payments, conducting CVR reporting, assessing subcontractor claims, issuing relevant notices, and chairing meetings as required. * Reporting and Financial Management: Assist with or take on internal reporting responsibilities such as Monthly Cashflows, Directors #39; Reports, and CVRs, ensuring accurate and timely financial oversight. * Collaboration and Support: Report directly to the project SQS, who will provide guidance and support as needed to ensure project success. What We #39;re Looking For: * Experience: 7-10 years as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with some experience working for Tier 1 Main Contractors. * Location: Must be able to commute to Tottenham Court Rd Station with a maximum travel time of 90 minutes each way. * Immediate Availability: Ready to start and make an impact from day one. * Independence and Capability: A stand-alone surveyor who can handle all aspects of the role independently.
