Tenancy support worker

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Tenancy Sustainment Worker, to work with a social housing provider based in Leicester, for 17 hours per week. As a Tenancy Sustainment Worker, you will be responsible for: bull; Providing consultation and support to residents before, during and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. bull; Managing the customer/resident journey whilst following the client and company engagement procedures. bull; Carrying out choice events, consultation events and individual consultations with residents regarding future work. bull; Carrying out individual resident inductions to include -introduction to process, scope of works, property and personal belongings condition surveys inclusive of photographs for evidence. bull; Completing resident profiling and work with the site management team to implement effective working practices and discuss with the client #39;s customer care team where appropriate. bull; Agreeing access arrangements with the resident and book appointments to enable the work to their home. To be successful in this Tenancy Sustainment Worker role you will have: Tenant Liaison Officer experience or similar (RLO, TLO, CLO, resident liaison officer) Great customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment We are also interested in seeing CV #39;s from: Housing Officer, Tenancy Support Worker, Housing Support Worker and TSO.
