Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to implement effective support strategies. Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and report on students #39; progress, adapting approaches as necessary.Requirements: Relevant experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an SEMH or similar setting. Understanding of SEMH and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
