Customer support administrator

The Company Our client is a successful manufacturing company. Due to growth, they require a Customer Support Administrator. The Role * Support the business objectives for customer service with the flexibility and responsiveness to meet the variable demands. * Provide customer care for external and internal customers alike, managing customer expectation in line with targets and values. * Proportionally coordinate and support sales through the processing of customer orders, complaints and all associated administration. * Be the first point of contact for customers; ensuring a professional attitude and approach at all times. * Develop relationships with both customers and colleagues with a clear focus on trust and transparency. * Coordinate with departments to ensure swift and timely customer response; organising workload to meet customer expectation and business time frames. * Working to all business procedures, protocols, authority levels and to the company rsquo;s financial controls. * Work closely with Team Leader to establish best practice and ensure that agreed ways of working are maintained. The Person * You will have previous sales administration experience ideally from engineering or manufacturing background. * Sales order processing experience is preferred. * You will have experience of working in a customer service or sales role managing customer accounts within a manufacturing environment. * Previous experience using sales order processing and CRM systems. * Strong planning, organisation skills and time management skills to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always achieved and put first. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines with a high level of accuracy. * IT literate, particularly Microsoft packages, including excel.
