With accountability for the day-to-day operation as well as supporting and executing a continuous improvement plan, you will need to be someone who can multitask well and delegate where necessary. Previous experience at this level and working within the FMCG/Food industry is a must, as you will need to hit the ground running. As the Production Shift Manager, you #39;ll be the conductor of our manufacturing orchestra, overseeing the production processes with finesse and flair. Your role is more than just managing shifts; it #39;s about orchestrating a seamless blend of efficiency, quality, and teamwork.
