Assess student progress through a range of formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development. Promote a love for science by showcasing its relevance and importance in everyday life, and encouraging students to pursue further study and careers in STEM fields. Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular links, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives. Qualifications: Relevant university degree in Science or a related field. PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching science within a UK school setting is preferred, but not essential.
