Design support administrator

Design Support Administrator paying between 24-27k Per annum As a Design support Administrator you will be working Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.00pm. This role is located in Highbridge only a 7 minute train journey from Brigwater or a 3 minute drive off the m5 junction 22 where Parking is available Onsite. The role of a Design support administrator will include: Monitoring key dates and assist across the design team where required Working closely with the design team/purchasing team/bid managers/estimators/production department to ensure deadlines are met and work/outputs are accurate, throughout the design and development process Direct communications with supplier/manufacturers/main contractors and architects to obtain/supply technical Data sheets/brochures Document Control Admin internal/external uploading data internally to OSS Production systems and/or staff (via email), Main Contractors/Architects/Consultants via software and/or email Essential skills required for the role of Design support administrator: Knowledge of Microsoft packages Customer service skills Reliable Flexible Must be able to work on own initiative Desirable An interest in design Knowledge of CAD Knowledge of manufacturing If you are interested in the role please contact Sophie Blower at Meridian Business Support Taunton Branch.
