Project manager contract or permanent fit out manufacturing

Lead a diverse array of innovative manufacturing and construction projects from initial concept to final handover and reconciliation. Drive seamless communication and information sharing among project stakeholders, maintaining meticulous records and generating professional documentation. Cultivate robust partnerships with clients, colleagues, and contractors to foster a collaborative environment throughout project lifecycles. Collaborate closely with internal teams mdash;including Design, Engineering, Production, and Commercial mdash;to relay project needs and devise optimal solutions. Strategically plan and oversee project expenditures to uphold budgetary constraints and enhance profitability through stringent cost management. Contribute to the preparation of quotations and tender responses, ensuring timely submission and adherence to quality standards. Comprehensive experience in both structural and fit-out manufacturing/construction projects is a prerequisite
