Nationwide Business Manager Location; Flexible GBP45k pa/GBP100k OTE, Car + Mobile Phone + Laptop + Pension + 25 days annual holiday Our client is a market-leading distributor of specialist equipment. The company has enjoyed unprecedented growth over the past few years and is now seeking to recruit a new Business Manager. The Business Manager will be responsible for developing the company rsquo;s business within the UK. Building upon existing success, you will take the commercial lead in sales development, visiting customers premises to promote the range of equipment and services. In addition, you will also be responsible for product demonstrations, becoming the company rsquo;s lead for technical knowledge; and be the company rsquo;s representative at industry networking events as well as developing supplier relationships. The ideal candidate: Educated to degree level (preferably in a technical subject), you will be a people person with good networking skills, attention to detail and comfortable with technical issues and concepts. You will really enjoy travel, both within the UK and abroad. Ideally, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: * Educated to degree level, preferably in a technical subject * Previous exposure to a commercial environment in either a sales or technical role * Personable and comfortable in networking and social situations * Ambitious, confident and a will to succeed and advance in your career * Good attention to detail in both written work and in dealing with customers * Full UK driving licence Details: * GBP45k base salary * GBP100k on target earnings with un-capped commission paid quarterly * Company car or car allowance * Home office package including laptop computer and smart phone * 25 days paid holiday per year in addition to public holidays * Company pension scheme * Industry leading product and sales training Please do get in touch if you would like to hear more
