Our market leading client, based in Castle Donington, are looking for Administrator to join their team on a fixed term contract until the end of September initially. There is a chance it will turn in to a permanent position. Monday to Friday office based Full time GBP23,000 - GBP24,500 Administrator - The Role: Liaising with existing clients and handling their enquiries Handling incoming calls Setting up new suppliers, clients and jobs on the system Obtaining quotations for equipment and transport and ordering as necessary Preparing client contracts and acknowledgement of orders Processing invoices Obtaining Risk Assessments Attending planning and post contract meetings Ensuring that the Project Manager rsquo;s diary is up-to-date and arranging appointments and travel if required. Filing of all paperwork generated Administrator - The Candidate: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Strong communication skills ndash; written and verbal Good working ethics and ability to treat documents with confidentiality Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills Experience in a similar role would be preferred Able to travel if required
