Finance manager

Reporting to the Head of Central Group Operations, the Finance Manager will manage and support the day-to-day financial operations of the companies within the Group, as well as companies owned partly or entirely by the company. Key Responsibilities: bull; To oversee the keying of day-to-day financial data and reconciliation of the identified company rsquo;s associated with The Group accounting software and to monitor all financial transactions for accuracy. bull; Oversee, manage and assist in the professional development of junior members of the Accounts Team, including delivery of HR matters. bull; Deliver monthly budget analysis reports to budget holders across all companies. bull; To process all quarterly VAT returns, and CIS payroll returns using the company software. bull; Preparing quarterly management accounts and other financial board reports for Senior Management bull; Analyse and reconcile monthly intercompany recharges bull; Deliver services to other companies owned partly or entirely by The Group in accordance with SLAs and other formal agreements. bull; Deliver ad hoc tasks relating to acquisitions, disposals, and other key transactions on portfolio assets bull; To continually monitor and improve accounting processes and support the companies where necessary. bull; Provide a visible leadership function as part of the line management team. bull; Complete all HR responsibilities expected as part of the management team. bull; Ad hoc projects as set by the senior management team. This role is full-time office based at their offices in Stockton, Warwickshire and the hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
