Electrical project engineer

Electrical Project Engineer Permanent GBP50,000k plus benefits SMSTS, SSSTS, JIB Central London Looking for an Electrician with supervisory, industrial experience to join my client in and around the London area. Are you looking for a new role? You will be overseeing specific projects allocated. You will be required to assist Project Manager rsquo;s in undertaking their duties in the delivery of project works. This could involve any aspect of the project management role under close supervision from the Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Director. Role Responsibilities: bull; Management of site engineering team and 3rd Party Supply Chain on site. bull; Assist with surveying and estimating potential works. bull; Ordering of materials and equipment to carry out and deliver the on-site works. bull; Handling enquiries from clients personnel on projects in the absence of Project / Contracts Managers. bull; Ability to understand and plan works from project information including working drawings, specifications and project programmes. bull; Manage and process invoices and applications for payment following review with Project/Contracts Manager. bull; Input to project handover documentation including as fitted drawings, O M manuals and test certificates. bull; Utilising project report mechanisms to ensure project performance is effectively and thoroughly reported to Project/Contracts Manager bull; Responsible for taking reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other people who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work. Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and the companies ISO:45001 Standard. bull; Responsible for ensuring that waste is disposed of correctly in accordance with companies Environmental ISO:14001 Standard. bull; Adhere to my clients Quality Processes and Procedures in accordance with the companies Quality ISO:9001 Standard. bull; Implement and act in accordance with the company Information Security procedures. Protect assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference. Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the organisation. bull; Any other project related duties as required by the Project Management Team. Qualifications and Experience Required: Minimum of three years rsquo; supervisory experience working within the electrical contracting industry with the ability to demonstrate this. Approved Electrician or Electrician Qualification with a proven track record within the electrical contracting.
