Position: Finance Business Admin Lead Location: Newton Abbot Salary: GBP15.17/hour PAYE or GBP19.09 Umbrella About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Business Admin Lead to manage financial operations, support strategic partnerships, and drive administrative efficiency. Key Responsibilities Financial Administration: Manage purchase orders, debtor and cheque requests, and maintain contract documentation. Administrative Support: Organize meetings, events, and workshops, and provide accurate notetaking for HR processes. Project Support: Assist in corporate projects, monitor data and outcomes, and liaise with the accountancy team for budget administration. Customer Service: Handle public and business enquiries, manage complaints, and represent the directorate on the Complaints Review Board. Team Management: Supervise the Housing Team Support Officer, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
