Shift electrical maintenance engineer

A large national FM and maintenance company is looking for an experienced Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large site in Bond street West London. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working a Shift pattern with 4days on and 4 days off Benefits include: Salary: GBP45k Progression and ongoing Training Overtime Job Purpose: In your new role as a Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous operation and safety of my client #39;s office Mechanical systems. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks, helping to create a secure and comfortable environment for our staff. Job role: Carrying out pre planned and reactive maintenance (Electrical) Operating BMS systems Perform scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units, and ventilation systems. Experience within a Maintenance / FacilitiesManagement environment We are looking for individuals with: Knowledge of Health Safety, Permit to Workprocedures and safe systems of working. Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment Knowledge of Health Safety, Permit to Workprocedures and safe systems of working. Capability to perform manual tasks, including manualhandling, working at heights. Good verbal and written communication is important,including the ability to use a mobile device. You #39;ll need to be highly self-motivated and solutionsfocused with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team. Troubleshoot and diagnose Mechanical equipment andsystem issues, implementing effective solutions promptly. Conduct regular inspections to identify potentialproblems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop andimplement maintenance schedules and strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenanceactivities in adherence to Organization #39;s policies. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencyresponse, ensuring Mechanical systems, reliability 24/7. Adhere to strict infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3/ C G 3 qualification(mechanical/plumbing) Commercial maintenance experience Full UK driving licence Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
