Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to BRC standards and other relevant regulations. * Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance throughout the production process. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and drive continuous improvement. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices. * Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with their standards. Requirements: * Strong knowledge of BRC standards and other relevant regulations. * Experience in a compliance role within the food industry. * Good exposure to working with retailers and understanding their compliance requirements. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * A passion for quality and continuous improvement. * Eligibility to work in the UK.
