Role Overview: As an English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing a love for literature and language among our students. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities, ensuring every student has the opportunity to achieve their full potential! Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Implement strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources. Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in English or a related field. Experience teaching English at the secondary school level. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
